Scores are based on public evidence and admin review. Each category has a defined range.

Publicly documented DQs, bans, blacklists, or event removals that can be tied with confidence to the target team.
Archived public notice, verifiable screenshot, or moderation thread with matching handles and roster context. No rumors or hearsay.

Rule Violation / Public Warning
Official warnings, public call-outs, rule violations, unsportsmanlike behavior, or clear scope abuse during a CTF.
Quote the rule, link public proof of the behavior, and show the exact context of the violation. The rules connection must be explicit.

Slopper / AI Slop / Low-Effort Content
Challenges, writeups, posts, or organizer material that are publicly and demonstrably sloppy, AI-generated, or structurally inconsistent.
Provide side-by-side comparison, inconsistencies, watermarks, prompt leakage, or other strong markers. 'Looks like AI' is not enough.

Recycled Challenge / Reused CTF Content
Challenges, statements, attachments, infrastructure, or ideas that appear to be near-identical recycled material from older CTFs linked to the target team.
Provide diff, mirror, archive link, or clear file matching between old and new content. Direct artifact comparison is required.

Plagiarism / Writeup Theft / Asset Copying
Copy-pasted challenges, writeups, assets, descriptions, or other content wrongly claimed by the target team or their event.
Provide side-by-side comparison, archive link, and precise indication of what was copied. Prefer public and timestamped sources.

Flag Sharing / Alt Abuse / Fake Solves
Flag sharing, multi-accounting, alt abuse, suspicious solves, or other documented forms of competitive abuse that can be publicly substantiated.
Public posts, scoreboards, logs shared by organizers, or official announcements. No accusations without strong evidence.

Organizer Abuse / Scoreboard Manipulation
Organizer-side abuse, favoritism, improper scoreboard edits, early access, or other behavior that breaks competitive fairness.
Provide a clear timeline and public artifacts only. Use evidence that is already public and avoid leaking new sensitive material.
